Making a Donation
General Donations
Planned Giving
How will you leave a legacy?
Knowing you’re leaving something lasting can be personally satisfying, and how you leave it is entirely up to you. Financial advisors can help you develop a plan that accommodates your desires, ensures the well-being of you and your family, maximizes your tax benefits, and makes a difference to the health of your community.
Planned giving is a way to ensure your values live on and your hopes for the future are realized in your absence. If you’ve been unable to give during your lifetime, for example, planned gifts provide an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy. Planned gifts are specific types of donations in which the donor benefits immediately and the charitable organization benefits at the time of the donation, or at another point in the future.
If planned giving is the appropriate donation route for you, don’t hesitate to reach out for next steps. Simply call (403) 783-2276 to get started.
Commemorative Giving
Make a gift in memory or in honour of someone special.
One of the great satisfactions of charitable giving is the opportunity to pay tribute to someone who touched your life in a significant way. Through a commemorative gift, in memory of someone who is deceased or in honour of someone who is living, you’re able to recognize a relative and perpetuate your family name or celebrate a mentor or friend. At the same time, your gift expresses your commitment to the future of your community and provides valuable support for the charitable purposes you believe in.
If commemorative giving is the appropriate donation route for you, don’t hesitate to reach out for next steps. Simply call (403) 783-2276 to get started.
Grateful Patients & Families
How can you say “Thank You” to those who made a difference?
One way is to recognize and thank caregivers for the excellent care that you or a loved one received through the Grateful Patients & Families program. Making a gift in honour of a special caregiver provides the opportunity to show your appreciation while ensuring continued outstanding medical care for future patients. From the purchasing of state-of-the-art equipment to continuing education scholarships for nursing and other medical staff, your contribution helps enhance healthcare in your community.
